  Job Description :

  

  Government of India/ Ministry of Railways Chittaranjan Locomotive Works invites applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of Sports Quota 2024-25.

  Name of the Post and Number of Vacancies:

  Sports Persons: 10 Vacancies

  Level 01:

  Cricket (Men): 02 Vacancies
  Football (Men): 02 Vacancies

  Level 02:

  Cricket (Men): 01 Vacancy
  Basketball (Women): 03 Vacancies

  Level 05:

  Archery (Men): 02 Vacancies

  Important Dates:
  Commencement of Application: 13-02-2025
  Last Date of Application: 08-03-2025

  Eligibility Criteria:

  The minimum educational qualification is Higher Secondary (12th)/ 10+2 Passed or its equivalent examinations. The candidates should possess the further requisite academic qualifications, in terms of higher level, for which they are applying on the date of submission of applications as given below

  Sports Criteria: The candidate must have fulfilled the minimum required sports eligibility and other important guidelines as suggested in the official advertisement to be eligible for consideration for said post.

  Selection Process: Candidates are selected on the basis of performance in sports trials followed by Interviews.

  Grade Pay: Rs.29200/- to Rs.92300/- for Level-5
  Rs.19,900/- to Rs.63,200/- for Level-2
  Rs.18,000/- to Rs.56,900/- for Level-1

  Application Fee: Rs.500 for UR and OBC category candidate
  Rs. 250 for SC/ ST/ Women/ Minority/ Economically Backward Classes category candidates.
  Candidates are suggested to pay the application fee to the Indian Postal Order/ Bank Demand Draft of drawn in favor of PFA, Chittaranjan Locomotive Works.
