The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), under the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Government of India invites online applications from eligible candidates for direct recruitment of various Assistant positions.

Age Limit: The candidate's maximum age limit is 35 years for Group A Posts, 30 for Group B Posts, and 27 for Group C Posts. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Pay Scale: Pay Level 10 (56,100 - 1,77,500) for Group A Posts.
Pay Level 06 (35,400 - 1,12,400) for Group B Posts.
Pay Level 04 (25,500 - 81,100) for Group C Posts.
Pay Level 02 (19,900 - 63,200) for Junior Secretariat Assistant Posts.
