Bihar Technical Service Commission, Government of Bihar, invites online applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of Work Inspector (Mechanical) posts under the Public Health Engineering Department, Bihar, Patna.

Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must have passed the Class 10th from a recognized Board/ equivalent Institute.

Candidates must also pass the Machinist/ Fitter/ Wireman/ Electrician trade examination from a recognized Industrial Training Institute (ITI).

Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 18 years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 37 years for Male and 40 years for female as on 01-08-2025. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable per government rules.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Computer Based Test of 100 marks.

Pay Scale: Pay Level of 02
