Methods for Calculating Marks for IBPS SO Examination
It is important to know the marking system, whether for preliminary or mains. If you want to be sure about your scoring and wants to calculate, here is the process to doing so.
- Each question carries 1 mark and for each correct answer 1 mark is allotted.
- A negative marking of 0.25 is deducted for every incorrect answer.
- Check and calculate the number of correct answers in each section and make a total of all the sections.
- Calculate incorrect answers and multiply the total with 0.25 to calculate the total negative marks.
- Calculate the difference between total marks obtained and total negative marking by subtracting.
