  Job Description :

  The Arunachal Pradesh Staff Selection Board invites online for Combined Graduate Level Examination, 2026 from eligible candidates for the recruitment to Group C posts.

  Personal Assistant (Stenographer Gr-III): 30 Vacancies
  Librarian: 02 Vacancies
  Upper Division Clerk: 90 Vacancies

  Eligibility Criteria

  Personal Assistant (Stenographer Gr-III) Posts: Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university.
  And
  Diploma in Stenography from a recognised institution.

  Librarian Posts: Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university with Degree/Diploma in Library Science.

  Upper Division Clerk Posts: Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university
  And
  Minimum 6 (Six) months Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized Board/Institution duly recognized by the Arunachal Pradesh Council for Technical Education/AICTE.

  Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 18 years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 35 years as on 16-04-2026. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable per government rules.

  Selection Process:

  For the post of Personal Assistant (Stenographer Gr-III): Candidates will be selected on the basis of Stenography Proficiency Test.

  For the posts of Librarian and Upper Division Clerk: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Stenography Proficiency Test followed by the Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions.

  Pay Scale: Pay Level-05

  Application Fee: Rs. 200 for General/ OBC category candidates
  Rs. 150 for APST category candidates.
  PwBD Candidates are exempt from paying the fees.
