Job Description :

The Assam Public Service Commission invites online applications from eligible candidates for direct recruitment of Enforcement Inspector posts under the Transport Department.

Eligibility Criteria: Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Science or Commerce from a recognized university or H.S.S.L.C with 3 years Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized government institute.

Candidate must be a permanent resident of Assam and must produce PRC issued in Assam for educational purposes/Employment Exchange Registration Certificate of the candidate which will be treated as proof of residency.

Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 21 years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 38 years as of 01-01-2024. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable per government rules.

Pay Scale: Rs. 22,000/ - 97,000/- per month

Application Fee: Rs.297/- for General Candidates, Rs.197/- for SC/ST/OBC Candidates, Rs. 47/- for BPL candidates.
