Airports Authority of India (AAI) (Schedule – ‘A’ Miniratna Category-1 Public Sector Enterprise) was constituted by an Act of Parliament and came into existence on 1st April 1995 by merging the erstwhile National Airports Authority and the International Airports Authority of India. The merger brought into existence a single organization entrusted with the responsibility of creating, upgrading, maintaining, and managing civil aviation infrastructure both on the ground and air space in the country.
AAI invites online applications from eligible candidates who are domiciles of Chandigarh, Delhi, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Leh Ladakh, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand for the Apprenticeship Training Program of one year in various airports in Northern Region for the year 2025-26.

Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate Apprentice: Candidates must possess a full-time (regular) four years degree in Engineering in any of the above-mentioned/ equivalent streams, recognized by AICTE, GOI.
Diploma Apprentice: Candidates must possess a full-time three years (regular) diploma in Engineering in any of the above-mentioned/ equivalent streams, recognized by AICTE, GOI.
ITI Trade Apprentice: Candidates must possess an ITI NCVT certificate in Computer Operator Programming Assistant and Steno trades from institutions recognized by AICTE, Government of India.
Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 18 years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 26 years as on 11-08-2025. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.
Selection Process: Candidates are selected based on interview/ verification of certificates and submission of Medical Fitness Certificate at the time of joining. The shortlisted candidates will be called for Interview/Document verification through their registered email IDs only.
Monthly Stipend: Rs.15,000/- for Graduate Apprentice
Rs.12,000/- for Diploma Apprentice
Rs.9,000/- for ITI Trade Apprentice
Duration of Training: 01 Year
