SBI Clerk Pre Exam is the initial step in the recruitment process. It's essentially a preliminary stage exam meant for screening applicants for the Main Exam. The paper is computer-based and has three sections—English Language, Numerical Ability, and Reasoning Ability. The exam is of 100 marks, with the exam running for 60 minutes, and all the sections have a specific time frame. There are 100 questions in total in SBI clerk pre exam.
The difficulty level of questions is normally easy to moderate, but the top cut-offs require you to have both speed and accuracy in order to clear it. Because only Prelims qualifiers get a chance to sit for the Mains, regular practice is essential. Trying mock tests and solving previous year's papers consistently can improve your time management skills as well as increase chances of clearing this phase.
